University of the Bahamas Enacts Ombuds Charter

The public university based in Nassau has issued a charter agreement for the Ombuds Office headed by Marisa Mason-Smith. The charter ensures that UB's first Ombuds (and the only Bahamian Organizational Ombuds) will practice to IOA standards and report to the university's board of trustees.
