Applicants must have: an advanced University degree with additional ADR training; at least eight years of professional experience (of which ideally, two years of relevant UN experience and six years in the field of international development, civil affairs, ethics, Ombuds, staff relations management, training or coaching); and fluency in English language and intermediate knowledge of a second UN language, especially AFP's working language Portuguese.
