Qualifications for the position are similar to the prior search. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in public Relations/ Business Administration or related discipline; at least ten years relevant experience in grievance handling, HR, mediation and conflict resolution, of which 5 years in the supervisory/managerial role; and English language proficiency.
