Intercultural Conflict Course at Temple University, Japan

Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner Noriko Tada will teach an eight session course at Temple University's Japan Campus on "Conflict Resolution and Transformation." Using case examples from a variety of industries, the course will examine the causes of intercultural conflict and provide opportunities to practice resolution techniques. The course runs from September 20 through November 8. The registration deadline is September 12.


Tada has been an Ombudsperson with GUIDEA for Eisai Co., Ltd. in Japan since 2006. She has been an intercultural communication and intercultural conflict resolution trainer for 12 years and also is an adjunct professor at the Institute for International Education of Students in Tokyo.
