Air Force Academy Reportedly Creates Ombuds Office

According to one news report, the military academy near Colorado Springs has created an Ombuds program for its faculty. This was revealed in a public comments about the faculty climate earlier this week by USAFA's new dean of faculty, Brig. Gen. Andy Armacost. 



According to a local activist who attended the speech, 
He also announced the formation of a new Ombuds program on the faculty that will help resolve issues ... without using the chain of command or endangering the careers of faculty members and cadets—a great step towards building trust. 
No other details about the Ombuds program have been made public. (Colorado Springs Independent.)
