The Federal department is hiring an Internal Ombudsman for its Federal Student Aid agency. The new position will serves as a neutral, independent and confidential resource that receives and facilitates resolution of complaints and/or issues raised by FSA employees. The incumbent facilitates recognition, prevention and resolution of workplace disputes without resorting to formal means of dispute resolution.
The GS-14 position is open to all current competitive Federal employees;
former Federal employees with reinstatement eligibility; and applicants
eligible for appointment under special appointing authorities. The salary ranges from $105,211 to $136,771 per annum. Applications are due Friday, May 03, 2013. (Federal Government Jobs, Ann. No.: FSA-2013-0093.)
