Liz M. Cascone has joined the Ombuds Office at the public university in Williamsburg, Virginia. The program was restructured in early 2021 with collateral duty Ombuds. Cascone joins Professors Rebecca Green and Charles Gressard, who have served as Ombuds since the restructuring. Cascone takes on the Ombuds position in addition to serving as Director of The Haven, a confidential on-campus resource for students coping with sexual violence, relationship abuse and other forms of harassment and discrimination.
Cascone has worked at William & Mary since 2016. She graduated from Virginia Tech and earned a Master's at Virginia Commonwealth University. (W&M Ombuds; LinkedIn.)
