Solarin comes to the position after serving as the Chief Collaboration Officer at the Minnesota Cooperative Conflict Collaborative (M3C), as a Respect Facilitator for #RespectDoula Crisis & Conflict Consulting, and as a provider of third-party arbitration through the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services. Solarin earned a Bachelor's and Masters from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and a PhD from Albert Ludwig’s University, with a post-graduate fellowship at Harvard Law School. (LinkedIn.)
