The IOM Office of the Director General is hiring an Ombuds for a five-year appointment in Geneva, Switzerland. Following IOA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, the Ombuds has two main functions: (1) provide assistance in the informal resolution employment-related problems of staff members and (2) monitor trends and emerging issues. Applicants should have a university degree in related field and experience in an international oriented organization on mediation and conflict resolution.
