Kennesaw State University Ombuds Announces Retirement

Dorothy Graham has announced that she will be retiring on May 1, 2011, after 15 years as the University Ombuds at Kennesaw. Graham said that the Associate Ombuds, Bernard Anderson, will continue in the office, and that the university administration may be considering another faculty member to fill her position.

Graham is also a Professor of English at KSU and has been a member of the faculty for 34 years. She has been very active with IOA as a conference presenter, member of the Journal of IOA editorial board, and one of the first Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioners. In addition, she is a certified mediator and has served as ADR Campus Liaison to the University System of Georgia Board of Regents. (IOA 2010 Speaker Bio.)
