Job Posting: Army Materiel Command

The primary provider of equipment and supplies to the U.S. Army is hiring a Command Ombudsman for its headquarters in Huntsville, AL. The position responds to issues from industry, the private sector, or internal government sources and informally facilitate resolutions through advocacy, persuasion, and mediation.


Applicants must have experience reviewing or investigating complaints, intervening in disputes, and communicating with others. Applicants also must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. The GS-15 position pays $115,588-150,266 per year. Applications are due August 30, 2011.
