Mount Holyoke College has an opening for a part-time (20 hours a week, year-round) Ombudsperson. Reporting directly to the President of the College and practicing to IOA standards, the Ombuds serves as the designated neutral, providing a confidential, impartial, and informal conflict management resource for all members of the Mount Holyoke Community.

The search will fill a position held by Carol Stewart since July 2007. She has become the Employee Development Manager for the College.
