Central Michigan University Reopens Search for Ombuds, But Internally

The public research university in Mount Pleasant has reopened its search for a full-time Ombudsperson.  Now only internal applicants are eligible and the application window is one week long.  

The details of the job are unchanged.  The position is located in the department of Enrollment and Student Services, and will work with the university's 29,000 students. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of professional experience with student/academic affairs. A graduate degree and working knowledge of statistical software programs are preferred. The position pays $42,000-$58,000 and applications are due October 11, 2016. (CMU Posting.)
