The public research university in Kent, Ohio is hiring a Student Ombuds. The full-time position assists students with resolving university-related concerns, complaints, and grievances and reports to Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.
Applicants must have a master's degree and six to seven years of progressively responsible student services experience, including conflict resolution (a doctorate degree is preferred).
