The for-profit, postsecondary education provider is hiring an Ombudsman for its Career Schools division. The full-time position in Schaumburg, IL will serve as, "an impartial advocate whose job it is to find equitable resolutions to student complaints before they are escalated outside of CEC."
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree required (master's preferred); knowledge of federal, state and accreditation regulations applicable to the education industry; and three years of education industry experience required (five years preferred and experience in working in a regulated business/industry highly preferred).
