Tatia Granger, the University Ombudsperson at William & Mary since 2008, was the subject of an interview by the newsletter this week. In addition to explaining her role, she offers this insight:
It’s really been my honor to serve in this role and help grow it. Work is a place where we often spend as much if not more time than we devote to our personal lives, so my goal has always been to help make our workspace as positive and productive as possible ... one visitor at a time. It’s challenging sometimes with so many differences in the mix, but it’s absolutely doable and we should all be accountable toward that goal.(W&M News.)
