Job Posting: Transportation Security Administration

The TSA's Ombudsman Division (part of the Civil Liberties, Ombudsman and Traveler Engagement Office) is hiring six Program Analysts to provide Ombuds services at airports and other Administration offices.  Travel is required about 50% of the time.

Applicants must have at least one year of relevant experience (problem solving, alternative dispute resolution, and mediation techniques; identifying and implementing the appropriate conflict management skills to include mediation, facilitation, conciliation, conflict coaching, etc. to facilitate solutions to workplace disputes; and providing assistance to managers, employees, and other parties seeking to acquire conflict management services). The jobs are located in: Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Newark, NJ; and Seattle, WA. The positions are in the SV-I Pay Band, which is equivalent to GS-13, and pay from $60,268 to $93,465 per year. Applications are due December 30, 2016. (FederalGovernmentJobs.)
