The search will fill a position held by Toni Robinson since 1998. The position works as a team with the other MIT Ombuds, Judi Segall

Applicants for the position must have at least seven years of experience in conflict management and/or organizational change or as an Organizational Ombudsperson.  Experience in an academic environment and with scientific and technical professionals, as well as an advanced degree are preferred.  No salary or application deadline indicated.  (MIT Careers, Job No. 14335-R.)
