FEMA's Alternative Dispute Resolution Division in the Office of the Chief Counsel, Federal Emergency Management Agency is hiring an Associate Ombuds. This is a temporary, two-year position that reports to Caitlan Hendrickson, the FEMA Ombuds. The positions are based in Washington, DC. Occasional non-emergency travel to disaster locations may be required and telework may be available.

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and have "at least five years of full-time professional experience as an Ombuds or ADR practitioner. A second language, an advanced degree, and CO-OP are preferred. The IC-13 is equivalent to GS-13 (and probably pays about $112,000 to $145,000). (FEMA Posting.)
