The UCSB Ombuds team is seeking an an Associate or Assistant Ombuds. The search will fill a position held by Don Lubach, who will retire at the end of June. The position will join an office headed by Caroline Adams and work with faculty, staff, and student visitors.

Applicants should have a related Bachelor's degree and at least one year experience as an Ombuds or in a similar role, and at least three years in an Ombuds-related field (conflict management, counseling, mediation) or equivalent combination of education and experience. The position is expected to pay $101,100 to $123,900 pre year. (Applicants at the Assistant level will also be considered, with a minimum one year full-time work experience with an expected salary of $74,300 to $95,370.)
