The global investment management firm is accepting applications for an Ombudsman. The position provides neutral, confidential, informal and independent assistance to all employees of the firm with work-related issues. The Ombuds reports to the general counsel and is based in New York.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development. Prior Ombuds experience is preferred with the demonstrated ability to implement and manage a broad based program that requires an understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Financial services experience is desirable although candidates with senior level experience in a related field will also be considered.
