The UN-affiliated international public health agency is hiring a part-time (75% FTE) Ombudsperson to be stationed in Washington, DC. The position will provide managers and employees both in Headquarters and Country Offices with an independent, informal, voluntary and confidential process to hear and facilitate the resolution of complaints or conflicts in the workplace.
Applicants must have a master's degree in a social science, human resources, psychology, or a related discipline and at least 13 years of relevant work
experience. Formal certified training in conflict resolution, arbitration,
mediation and/or counseling is desired. Applicants must have very good knowledge of English or Spanish with working knowledge of the
