The fifth largest University of California campus is hiring an Associate Ombuds. The full-time position works with students, faculty, and staff and reports to the recently appointed Campus Ombuds and Director, Caroline Adams.
Applicants must have an advanced degree and two years' experience in counseling, dispute resolution, organizational psychology, or related field. In addition, desirable qualifications include Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioner or equivalent practice within IOA standards, and relevant training and experience as an Ombuds, dispute resolution practitioner, and/or mediator.
