International Ombudsman Institute Selects 2016 Leadership


The IOI Board of Directors convened during the organization's annual conference taking place in Bangkok and elected the following officers:




  • President: Peter Tyndall, Ombudsman and Information Commissioner, Ireland 
  • 1st Vice-President: Diane Welborn, Ombudsman and Executive Director, Dayton and Montgomery County Joint Office of Citizen Complaints, Ohio, USA 
  • 2nd Vice-President: Chris Field, Western Australian Ombudsman 
  • Treasurer: Viddhavat Rajatanun, Chief Ombudsman of Thailand 
IOI officers serve four year terms and may be reelected once.  (IOI News.)
