Job Posting: Halliburton

The Halliburton Dispute Resolution Program is recruiting a Senior Ombudsperson. According to the posting, the position will be, "responsible for conducting hearings on disputed issues, assessing information gleaned from those hearings and relative to industry standards, and formulating options to best resolve those issues."

In addition, the Senior Ombuds will serve as ambassador for the program, educating internal and external stakeholders about the Dispute Resolution program. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a similar discipline, be certified in mediation, and have a minimum of four years experience in human resources, field operations, or a similar profession.   2. I looked at the Halliburton Site and neither "Senior Ombudsperson" or "Ombudsperson" show up.
