- An exploration of what from our past should be brought forward and emphasized in this next decade of Ombudsman practice;
- For Ombudsmen practicing outside of the United States, share thoughts about the state of the profession in your country/on your continent and how to best grow the field in that geographical and cultural context;
- For Ombudsmen with at least 10 years of experience, look back at what you wish you had known when you started your Ombudsman career through a description of formative cases. Discuss how you might handle those cases differently now;
- Invite an organizational champion from your institution to write a short piece (500 - 1,500 words) about the value of the Ombudsman’s office, organizational use of the office and/or perspective on the future of the role.
