Journal of IOA Highlights Ombuds' Creative Side

The latest issue of the Journal of the International Ombudsman Association celebrates the creative side of professional Ombuds.  As the editors of the first JIOA “Creative Edition,” Tom Sebok and Laurie Patterson explain, “Not surprisingly, many of our colleagues have talents and interests that go far beyond the boundaries of their ombuds work. Ours is a profession that is made up of a richly diverse talent pool.”
