Applicants must have a master’s degree (JD preferred), workplace mediator certification (or comparable certification), and at least five years direct experience in workplace alternative dispute resolution. There's a job posting on SMBMI's job site. I am guessing ABA piggyback the post as the qualifications include "JD preferred" type of language.
