Federal Ombuds Speaks on Coaching Abrasive Managers

Laurel Gordon, a longtime Federal Ombuds, will address the Bellevue [Washington] Breakfast Rotary Club on March 31, 2023, at 7:15 am. Her presentation, "Taming Abrasive Managers through Coaching" will draw on her years of Ombuds experience, conflict coaching certification, and mediation work. Organizational Ombuds

Organizational Ombuds serve as a confidential, independent, neutral and informal dispute resolution resource for a specific entity. They are accessible to a defined population and can advocate for fairness. These unique characteristics distinguish Organizational Ombuds from Classical Ombuds, mediators, arbitrators, and other alternative dispute resolution professionals.
