Applicants must have an advanced university degree or equivalent; at least ten years of relevant work experience (including five years as a mediator, Ombuds, or conflict resolution manager); at least five years of management experience; and excellent knowledge of English. Desirable qualifications include CO-OP accreditation; mediation accreditation; ADR training; previous experience of management in international, intergovernmental organization, government or national public institutions; and intermediate knowledge of French, Russian, or German. The position pays $92,731 per year, plus a variable post adjustment which is currently $6,221 per month, and some very generous benefits. Applications are due by August 27, 2024. (WHO Careers.)
