Martinz-Aragon brings nearly three decades of Ombuds experience. Most recently, he was the Ombuds for the Development Bank of Latin America (Corporacion Andina de Fomento – Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina). He has also served as the Ombuds with the World Health Organization, the UN Regional Ombudsman for Latin America & the Caribbean in Chile, and a Principal Advisor to the European Ombudsman. Martinez-Aragon earned a JD from Universitat de Barcelona, an LLM from Yale Law School, an LLM from Pace University, and a JSD from Stanford University. (LinkedIn.)
