The public university in downtown Denver has opened a search for an Ombuds Officer. The position reports administratively to the Associate to the President for Diversity and practices to IOA standards. The MSU Ombuds serves faculty, staff, administrators, student-employees and external stakeholders.
The position is currently held by at G. Michael Kilpatrick , who opened the office in 2013. Applicants must have a master's degree and at least five years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include a JD, CO-OP, and IOA membership. The position pays $72,415 to $90,544 and applications are due by June 5, 2017. (InsideHigherEd.)
