The social media platform is hiring a Sr. Director Ombuds in San Francisco. The new position will build an Ombuds program for Twitter's 5,000 employees. "The ideal candidate will have proven experience and domain expertise as an ombudsperson at a corporate environment."

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree; at least 12 years of professional experience (including a leadership role in an Ombuds function and additional experience in compliance, investigations, monitoring, law, or human resources); international experience and time spent in building a global Ombuds program with a highly distributed employee population; and familiarity with ARD associations (i.e. IOA, ABA, ACR).
