Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree; at least 12 years of professional experience (including a leadership role in an Ombuds function and additional experience in compliance, investigations, monitoring, law, or human resources); international experience and time spent in building a global Ombuds program with a highly distributed employee population; and familiarity with ARD associations (i.e. IOA, ABA, ACR).
