Job Posting: Gallaudet University

The private university in Washington, D.C., will expand its Office of the Ombuds with the hiring of a full-time Associate Ombuds. The position will report to the University Ombuds, Liz Stone, CO-OP, and serve all stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, families of students, and alumni. 

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least four years of relevant professional experience, experience in handling two-party and/or group facilitations, and fluency in American Sign Language and English. Preferred qualifications are a Master’s degree and experience in quantitative data analysis. Position KSA's were developed with input from several campus leaders and other higher ed Ombuds, and reflect core values of multicultural competency.
