Applicants must have an advanced university degree or equivalent; at least ten years of relevant work experience (including five years as a mediator, Ombuds, or conflict resolution manager, and at least five years of management experience); and excellent knowledge of English. Desirable qualifications include: CO-OP accreditation; mediation accreditation; ADR training; previous experience of management in international, intergovernmental organization, government or national public institutions; and intermediate knowledge of another regional language.
