Applicants must have a bachelor's degree with three years of university experience or an equivalent combination. Additional preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in dispute resolution, organizational management, or other related field; and demonstrated skills in mediation, facilitated dialogue, dispute systems designs, conflict coaching, and/or executive/leadership coaching.
