On October 6, the University of Victoria in British Columbia will celebrate the Ombuds Office’s 30 years of service. Current and past UVic Ombuds and members of the Ombudsperson Advisory Committee will attend. Kim Carter, Ombudsman for British Columbia will offer remarks on "The Importance of an Independent Voice for Fairness - the Ombudsman in a University Context."
