The Manager provides case management, supervises professional staff, provides consultation to employees/managers and assists in the resolution of concerns and critical situations in the Institution.  Applicants should have a terminal degree and seven years as an independent, professional Ombuds in a university or health care setting, including two years supervisory/management experience.
