James Harris, the Associate Dean of Students and University Ombudsman for MSU, has retired after six years in the role. Harris had worked in several student services for the public research university in New Jersey for 42 years.
Harris, who currently serves as president of the NJ State Conference of the NAACP, said he intends to devote his time to creating workshops and programs to promote educational opportunities and working with his church. (Montclair Times.)
