The Nielsen Corporation Taps Experienced Ombuds to Open Office

The global marketing research firm in New York City has appointed D.A. Graham as its new Vice President of Integrity. Part of his job will be serving as Ombudsman for the company's 40,000 employees in 100 countries. Graham has been an independent consultant for the past six years, providing a range of ADR and conflict management services. During this time he was HR Director and Adjunct at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. 

More significantly, he was the Ombuds Officer at Princeton University for over three years (2008-2011), the Ombudsman at San Diego State University for over two years (2006-2008), and Student Ombudsman at the University of Alabama for two years (1993-1995). Graham graduated from the University of Alabama, earned an MDiv at Interdenominational Theological Center and Masters in HR at the University of Oklahoma, and a PhD in Education at Capella University.
