Rochester, NY, School District to Implement Ombuds
In addition to reinstating nine current or former African-American employees who filed complaints of discrimination, the Rochester City School District will also establish an ombudsman to review employment issues, and improve communication and procedures between the Human Resources department and current and future employees.
