The organizers of the annual California Caucus at Asilomar are surveying their colleagues to determine the potential demand for their next gathering set for November 8-11, 2009. Lewis Redding, the JPL Ombuds and Asilomar organizer, acknowledges that many institutions “have caught a significant case of economic flu,” and hopes for an early read on how many might attend and for input on programming.
