UW–Madison Ombuds Program for Faculty and Staff has issued its annual summary for the 2008-09 academic year. In addition to visitor statistics and feedback on systemic issues, the office also identified some goals for itself. The UW Ombuds hope to become better known, better utilized and better integrated with the campus. In addition, the four, part-time Ombuds plan to participate in professional training and networking at annual and regional IOA meetings.
