The school year started at WSU with entirely new personnel in the Office of the University Ombudsman. The four-decade old program is staffed by Ombuds Tena Old, who started in April, and Cathy Claussen, who was appointed in August. Janet Herrlinger, Principal Assistant to the Ombudsman, was also hired this summer. (WSU News.)
