The Board of Certification for Certified Organizational Ombudsman Practitioners has elected the following officers for one-year terms beginning this month:
- President – Jennifer Moumneh, Associate Ombudsman, University of California at Irvine
- Secretary – Wendy Friede, Principal of Friede Coaching and Consulting
- Treasurer – Constance Bernard, Ombudsman, The World Bank Group
CO-OP has just completed its first two highly successful years. A total of 126 candidates have taken the qualifying exam and 74 ombudsman practitioners have received certification. The deadline to register for the next CO-OP exam is today, October 7, 2011. (IOA News.)
