The multilateral organization based in Washington, DC is hiring an Associate Ombudsperson for a two-year consultancy. The position reports to the IDB Ombuds, Marta I. Abello, and works with headquarters employees and in 26 country offices throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, and in 2 regional offices in Asia and Europe.
Applicants must have: a master’s degree or equivalent in ADR, social sciences, or labor law; at least five years in conflict resolution, coaching, mediation, organizational development or labor relations; speak English and Spanish; and be a citizen of an IDB country.
