Experienced Schools Ombuds Talks About Impact of Pandemic

Harry Katz, Director of the Scheinman Institute at Cornell's School of Industrial & Labor Relations recently interviewed Sarah Miller Espinosa, an experienced Ombuds and founding Ombuds for the Prince William County School. The conversation focused on how Espinosa's work has changed because of the Covid-19 pandemic. She explained that the pandemic has triggered new types of issues and also how her practice became entirely virtual.
