The U.S. Department of Energy laboratory near Santa Fe, New Mexico, has opened a search for its next Ombuds Office Director. The position manages the LANL Ombuds Office, which provides services to about 10,000 people following IOA standards. The search will fill a position that has been held by Mary Beth Stevens. The office also includes Senior Associate Ombudsman Elisa Enriquez and Associate Ombudsman Evelyn Martinez.
Applicants have a Bachelor's degree and the Certified Organizational Ombuds Professional (CO-OP) credential or eligibility. An advanced degree and significant professional experience are preferred. The incumbent will be required to be cleared to DOE level Q access authorization (equivalent to DOD Top Secret clearance). (LANL Jobs.)
