Job Posting: Concordia University

The public university in Montreal will expand its Ombuds Office with the hiring of a full-time Associate Ombudsperson. The position will report to Amy Fish, and serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff. In recent years, the office has handled about 500 cases per year. 

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, four to seven years of work experience in a conflict resolution role in a complex administrative environment, very good knowledge (Level 5) of spoken and written English, and good knowledge of spoken and written French. The position pays $82,701-$95,885 per year and applications are due February 4, 2021.
