Southern Oregon University Selects Next Ombuds

Cody Christopherson, an Associate Professor of Psychology, has been appointed the next Faculty Ombuds for the public, liberal arts university in Ashland. He follows Dominick Robertson, who served as the Ombuds for two years.

Christopherson has been a faculty member since 2012. He is the former chair of SOU’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program and has served on the Faculty Development Committee and the Graduate Council. He graduated from Brigham Young University and earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Notre Dame. (SOU Ombuds; LinkedIn.)
